What does a typical day look like for you?

Wake up in Monaco with views over our amazing Port (filled with large yachts); walk to work; day advising private clients and family offices  …

Complex Enduring Power of Attorney questions for Monaco residents concerned to foresee nomination of representatives in the event of illness ; testamentary arrangements across borders (Monaco/France/Germany/US) for Monaco residents

What challenges do your clients face and how are you helping your clients to overcome them?

Coming to terms with competing and conflicting laws from one jurisdiction to another; managing tax questions across borders

What is your proudest professional achievement?

Acting as sole Trustee to George Harrison’s (of the Beatles) estate  

What do you consider to be the most important attributes for a leader?

Knowing who to hire/work with based on skills that are softer than mere academic qualifications to meet needs of clients that are broader than requiring legal knowledge skills

Who do you most admire and why?

Federico Fellini (I am a great lover of Italian cinema!)

Where was the last place you travelled to for work or pleasure?

Naples (for New Year). Pompeii and Herculaneum have to be seen in a lifetime … as well as the New Year’s Eve firework display in the city
