Tom Powell-Tuck has always been totally available to discuss investment options and advice. He makes every effort to maintain communication even outside normal working hours and ensures close client contact. Tom makes sure that company information arrives with the client and asks to make sure the client feels well connected with his company. He also tries to understand the client's investment objectives and to ensure these are achieved.
