Disputed wills and trust work including Madoff feeder fund dispute
My practice is principally contentious trust and associated company law focused. In the last 12 months I have been working on matters as diverse as claims against trustees holding Madoff feeder fund proceeds in the BVI and Bermuda (the Kingate Funds proceedings) to Davidson v Seelig in the High Court on the ambit of responsibilities of trust protectors.
