Adam is a consummate professional, who I have worked for a number of years. Adam specializes in troubleshooting difficult problems and, in particular, has been instrumental in leading IQEQ Jersey's response to Russian sanctions after February 2022. In this role he has often had to play diplomat between sanctions affected parties, the Jersey authorities, and other relevant stakeholders. I have a lot of respect for Adam who is always ready to get his hands dirty and deal with things that other people prefer to sidestep. Adam is very good at presenting complex financial information in a manner that clients can understand. He is also very decisive and does not vacillate, in which respect he also expects high standards from his professional advisers, but this is absolutely right and commendable. Adam is also very much at home in the business development environment and has certainly done his part for Jersey over the years in this respect. Overall, I am always happy to note that Adam is the client director on a particular structure as this inspires confidence that we are going to achieve results.
