What different needs do staff have in the area of diversity and what training do you offer that you can tell us about?
We have put a number of different initiatives in place over the last few years. This has included diversity and unconscious bias training for all staff, managing-upward training for fee-earners below partner level, coaching for those returning from family related leave and career breaks and mentoring for fee-earners coming through the ranks and nearing key promotion points.

When it comes to diversity and inclusion, we have tended to focus on UK based initiatives, such as the ‘30 per cent Club’, when looking for examples of best practice.
