On Thursday 14th February, treat your loved one to an unforgettable four-course meal in breathtaking surroundings specially curated by Executive Chef, Helena Puolakka.
The dishes on offer are influenced by Helena’s Finnish heritage and use unique ingredients. Guests will be welcomed with a surprise amuse bouche followed by a choice of starters including scallop carpaccio with sea buckthorn curd and lemon juniper dressing and crispy potato blini & mousseline with golden caviar and dill. Mains include saddle of Highland venison with red cabbage and dulse and roast Pacific halibut with salsify and anchovies.
To finish the evening on a high note and make diners want more, a selection of desserts await including a white chocolate mousse with raspberry compote and lychee gel for two to share and red velvet, white and bitter chocolate and rose marshmallows. Before Londoners leave the restaurant for the night air, coffee and petit fours are on offer to help them on their way.

On Thursday 14 February, Bluebird is putting on a special four-course Valentine’s Day menu to put anyone in the mood of love. The talented Executive Chef, Simon Gregory, has created a menu full of flair and finesse. Guests will be welcomed with ocean trout roe on a smoked crème fraîche cracker followed by a choice of starters including Royal Bay of Grouville Jersey oysters or a chicory, roasted golden beetroot, blood orange and hazelnut salad and for mains, 35 day aged Highland Shorthorn Porterhouse to share between two to take things up a notch, or lobster and crab tortellini with a shellfish bisque. To end the meal on a sweet note, choose from a number of decadent deserts including a shortbread millionaires tart with white chocolate kinder cremeux or The Bluebird chocolate and hazelnut praline mousse with raspberry sorbet.

Launching on the 11th February for one week only, New Street Warehouse’s Old Bengal Bar have created a special chocolate cocktail menu for those craving something sweet this Valentine’s Day. A short stroll from Liverpool Street, expect a deliciously decadent selection of cocktails to celebrate the year’s most romantic evening inspired by everyone’s favourite treat.
Sip on a dark chocolate and chilli martini, a blend of chocolate vodka, dark chocolate liquor and chilli infused orange syrup, taste the tempting white chocolate delight, a mix of chocolate vodka, white chocolate liquor, Baileys and vanilla pods, and toast the night away with a Baileys and mint chocolate martini, a loving blend of crème de cacao blanc, Baileys and crème de menthe. The bar team will also be offering complimentary mint chocolate shots with every cocktail to make the evening a truly unforgettable experience.
