Schellenberg Wittmer announces the strengthening of their teams with the renowned expertise of their new Partners and Counsel: Dr. Guillaume Grisel joins our Private Wealth team as Partner, while Benjamin Gottlieb has been appointed as Partner in our Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice, and Edmond Kohler will become Counsel in our Banking & Finance and Corporate & Commercial practices.
Guillaume Grisel has more than 15 years’ experience in advising high net worth individuals and their families. He is a recognized lawyer in this field, specialized in estate and tax planning as well as trust law and the taxation of trusts. Guillaume also advises on the regulation of financial institutions, anti-money laundering law and the automatic exchange of information (CRS, FATCA).
