Bob Bob Ricard’s famous ‘Press for Champagne’ buttons are to undergo a transformation: to mark National Caviar Day on 18th July, and for one day only, they will be replaced with ‘Press for Caviar’ buttons. And with Bob Bob Ricard selling some of the finest Siberian sturgeon, they are bound to be well used.
You will be able to enjoy the caviar ‘au naturel’, or served as an accompaniment to other classic Bob Bob Ricard fare, including Jersey rock oysters; salmon tartare garnished with cucumber, fennel and horseradish; seabass tartare with avocado, tomato, chilli, basil and lemon, and steak tartare made with USDA prime Black Angus beef with foie gras.Bob Bob Ricard owner, Leonid Shutov, commented: “We may be famous for serving more champagne than tap water, but caviar is also one of the most popular dishes on our menu. We really couldn’t let the day pass without some sort of commemoration.”
