Remind us of a great man who have been supportive of you in your career.
Without question, my husband, Chris Lintott, whom I met while we were both at university in Oxford. Having been a partner at other firms, he joined what is now Penningtons Manches LLP in 1997 so we have worked together for 18 years. He has been a constant inspiration, always giving support and encouragement to me in my career
How did winning the Power Women award impact your career or personal life?
I was surprised at the number of not only colleagues, but also clients, who sent me messages of congratulations and were very complimentary in what they said.
Why should people, both women and men, enter the awards this year?
It is not only tremendously uplifting for one personally to win an award but it encourages the team in which one works and gains increased profile and recognition for that team in the wider private client industry.
Changing the topic slightly, what does your organisation do to encourage individuals from BME community to learn about your organisation?
We have a diversity and inclusion working group leading and implementing initiatives. In addition our CSR committee work hard to ensure that we are an active member of diverse communities surrounding our offices.
