Paul Blackwell (pictured right) has previously led Deloitte’s private client tax department across the Channel Islands, and has almost fifteen years’ experience of advising on offshore structures.

RupertPleasant (pictured left) started his career in private banking in Hong Kong before moving to South Africa where went on to become an area manager with Barclays Wealth Management in Cape Town. He also worked with Credit Suisse in Guernsey.
