Nortons rebrands to Vistra after acquisition

Following the acquisition of Nortons Group by administration and corporate service provider, Vistra, the Group has now rebranded to Vistra. The business was acquired by Vistra in February 2016.

Nortons say that apart from the change in name, there will be no changes to the services provided to their clients. Under the Vistra name, the Nortons teams will remain in their offices in Reading, UK, and Redwood City, California.
