Mark Harden joins DMH Stallard
Mark Harden has joined DMH Stallard as a partner in the firm’s London office.
He joins from Thrings and specialises in corporate and commercial transactions and M&As. His previous experience include working with Linklaters and E&Y.
Richard Pollins, managing partner of DMH Stallard, said: “Mark’s commercial experience and background in engineering makes him an obvious choice for advanced manufacturing and high tech companies, large and small, embarking upon corporate or commercial transactions.”
DMH Stallard now employs 300 people, including more than sixty partners, across offices in London, Gatwick, Guildford and Brighton.
