Join Michelin-star chef Tom Aikens on an exclusive gastronomic experience with Satopia Travel.

Travel to Alladale Wilderness Reserve in the heart of the Scottish Highlands from Sunday 2nd to Wednesday 5th February 2020. Tom’s exclusive four-day menu will feature the very best seasonal and locally sourced Highland ingredients. This aligns with Alladale’s approach to food, only working with small local and family run suppliers to source produce including wild venison, fresh trout and salmon from the local rivers. Two masterclasses led by Tom will allow guests to learn practical skills and be inspired by his cooking. Guests will also partake in an array of outdoor pursuits such as guided hikes and clay pigeon shooting.
