Immigration partner Kelly Whiter moves to Fladgate
Kelly Whiter joins Fladgate from PwC, where she was head of the private client immigration team.
Highlights of her career have included overturning mandatory ten-year bans, exceptional in-country switching applications, obtaining discretion in settlement and naturalisation cases where there are excess absences, accelerated settlement under the Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur schemes and economic citizenship applications.
Whiter is recommended for immigration by the Citywealth Leaders List.
