HSBC’s Swiss private bank strengthens board with two non-exec appointments
HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA has appointed two new independent non-executive directors, Kim Fox and Hans-Jürgen Koch.
Kim Fox has more than thirty years of experience in banking. Most recently she was global head of capital management at Credit Suisse in Zurich. She previously worked at J.P. Morgan for seventeen years, holding senior management positions.
Hans-J√ºrgen Koch has twenty years’ experience in private banking. His last position was CEO of Wealth Management Switzerland and International Europe at BNP Paribas SA, based in Switzerland. Prior to this, he spent more than twenty years with Deutsche Bank Group in Germany, Bahrain and Switzerland.
