Banish the January blues
This January, why not banish the blues by treating yourself and a guest to an exquisite Sunday brunch for two with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé champagne at St. Pancras Brasserie by Searcys.

Just opened in Shoreditch, F!LTH is a plant based burger joint offering fast food without the junk. Launched by chef and award-winning food writer, Gizzi Erskine, and model turned nutritionist, Rose Ferguson, F!LTH will be located within Dirty Burger in the Tea Building for a three-month residency.
F!LTH is a groundbreaking burger concept. It challenges the maxims that fast food cannot be healthy, and that healthy food cannot taste great.
With real science applied to recipe development, the F!LTH burger is packed with protein, rammed with nutrients and fibre, and effortlessly adds up to over 3 of your 10 a day. It may look like the dirtiest of junk food, and even taste like it, but it’s made in the healthiest way possible and 100% plant based. The patty is made up of a high level of protein (more than a conventional burger) and all produce has been sustainably sourced.
The signature FILTH! Burger is made from black beans, black quinoa, GMO soy mince and a special blend of umami paste, comes sandwiched in between a beetroot and sesame bun, and is served with crispy fried onions, beetroot ketchup, roasted garlic aioli, romaine lettuce and cucumber pickles.
Make sure to try it out before the residency ends.
