15 January 2015

Edited by Suzanne Isaacs

This year, Harrods’ in-house chefs have created a romantic traiteur range specially
for Valentine’s Day. Featuring innovative sweet and savoury dishes, available as
individual portions, the range caters to those staying in with their loved ones and
those who want to give something a bit different.

Bruce Langlands, Director of Food Halls at Harrods, said: “Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, so we
expect more people than ever to mark the occasion with their loved one. For those planning to enjoy an
intimate meal at home, our romantic menu takes the hassle out of cooking and gives people more time to
focus on enjoying the occasion. Our beautifully presented delicacies also make charming presents, combining
traditional Valentine’s themes with unusual flavours.”

Choose from, Smoked salmon blini, Quince apple rose torte, Chocolate, pomegranate and chilli hearts, Strawberry, green olive and
milk chocolate vert galant.

Raspberry, cherry blossom and tonka bean cheesecake,  Harrods heart-shaped cheddar, to  Poppy flower and white chocolate Sacré-Coeur.
