Fletcher Day adds family partner to Manchester office
Law firm Fletcher Day has hired leading familysolicitor Anita Shepherd as a partner andhead of the Manchester office’s family team as it expands in the North West. Anita joins from Shoosmiths’ Manchester office where she was head of family.
Anita advises clients onall areas of relationship breakdown including financial settlements on divorce, private children disputes, child maintenance and disputes between cohabiting couples. Her experience includes representing the wife of a former Premier League Footballer in divorce, finances and children proceedings.
Anita is a trained collaborative lawyer and is able to offer this service as an alternative process to her clients as well as being a strong supporter of family mediation. She is also an active memberofResolutionand an advanced accredited specialist in AdvancedFinancialProvision and DomesticAbuse.
