Charles Russell Speechlys promotes nine to Partner
Charles Russell Speechlys has promoted nine lawyers to Partner, effective 1 May 2019, including one partner to the family team and one partner to the private client team.
William Rollin – Family
William joined the firm as a trainee in 2008, qualifying into the Family team in 2010. He specialises in divorce and the financial remedies on divorce but he is also experienced in proceedings in relation to children. He has significant experience in advising in cases where there is a pattern indicative of personality disorders and illnesses such as addiction.
Tristram van Lawick – Private Client
Tristram joined the firm in 2010. He acts for landed estate clients and is a specialist in day-to-day estate management advice, including handling Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies. He also has extensive experience in handling whole estate and whole farm transactions, whether that be buying, selling, or refinancing with security over an entire estate.
