Those partaking in dry January might want to look away, as St. Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is launching a new Sunday brunch menu for two with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé champagne. The perfect treat to banish those January blues.

The Sunday menu has been created by executive chef Colin Layfield and showcases seasonal English fare at its finest, with over 25 hearty dishes. Highlights include Rainy Lane yoghurt, spiced Williams pear, pomegranate, granola, and for those feeling especially indulgent, Bavette steak fried egg and chips. There are also five exquisite egg dishes on offer, from Royale to Benedict, poached and fried. The bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé champagne brings the brunch to the next level, perfect for those special moments. 

Conveniently located in one of Europe’s most stylist train stations, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys pays tribute to the golden age of travel. Stylish decor includes old station clocks on the walls, private booths and vintage-inspired lighting, making it the perfect location for a relaxed Sunday outing in style.
