Karen Jones Chief executive officer, Editor, Citywealth
Karen founded Citywealth after a career at News International, The Times, and Sunday Times in the legal, financial and recruitment sections. She also ran the Legalease flagship title Legal Business/Asia Pacific Legal 500, and launched Legal Business Awards and Legal 500 parties. Karen then took over In Brief magazine, where she grew the organisation from a buyout where it had gone bankrupt to a successful £500,000-a-year publishing and events business. Her work as a Citywealth CEO was recognised by five New York Stevie Awards: Entrepreneur of the year (2017) for her launch of the digital www.leaderslist.co.uk site, Women helping women (2014, 2015), Innovator of the year (2015), and Entrepreneur of the year (2015). She has mentored those in their first and second job in the City through her Tomorrow Club group for over twelve years. She has also been a consistent champion for womens career advancement in financial services. Karen is a Liveryman of the Guild of Freemen and has been granted Freedom of the City of London. Calin Lapuste Global Head of Relationship Citywealth
Calin has over seven years’ experience in international private banking, dealing with UHNWIs for one of the largest banks in Central Europe and two years in developing the largest luxury leisure centre in Eastern Europe. In 2015 he joined Citywealth where he manages the sales and marketing department, making sure the products and services are aligned with the market needs to ensure a steady growth space, creating a coordinated strategy for business development. He travels often to meet existing and potential new clients, building new relationships in international private wealth.

Silvia is a fully accredited journalist with in-depth knowledge of creative and general writing. She has a comprehensive background in communication, marketing and film, including a Master’s Degree in Film Studies: Popular Cinema got at Oxford Brookes University. She has been working as journalist/content editor for over 10 years for various newspapers and web magazines. In January 2022 Silvia joined Citywealth as Deputy Editor.

Zee is Citywealth’s FinTech journalist with in-depth knowledge of the sector. She has a comprehensive background in communication, strategy and events. She won Techstars Covid hackathon UK. She has a diploma at the University of Cambridge in Circular Economy, Leadership & Sustainability strategies.
Vicente Luckina Bunn Digital Channels Executive
Vicente Luckina Bunn was born in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina state, in south Brazil. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a qualification in Journalism, a degree in Production, Communication and Organisation of Events, and a Master in New Media, Radio and TV. Vicente worked for more than 8 years for the main TV channel in Florianópolis and helped organise some of the biggest events in Brazil. In 2010, when he was editor-in-chief of a daily newspaper in Greater Florianópolis, he took his first cruise ship. After that experience, he decided he wanted to change his career path, so he went to work on cruise ships. Months later he was on board as a Bell boy and started his career progression: he worked as Animator, then as Program Host and then he was promoted to ITV Host. After almost six years working on cruise ships, he left and 2021 he joined to Citywealth where he is working as a Digital Channels Executive at Citywealth, producing videos for Citywealth’s events and interviews for the company’s social media channels.

Dora Seres Admin and Tech Executive
Dora is in charge of keeping Citywealth website, Leaders List directory and databases up to date. She is responsible for sending out invoices, handling debt collection and dealing with all administrative enquiries. Dora also helps with the processing of the Leaders List submissions and manages the Tomorrow, Wealth Professionals and the Powerwomen networking clubs. She has three years of experience in the film and advertising industry with a background in sales.
