Karen founded Citywealth after a career at News International, The Times, and Sunday Times in the legal, financial and recruitment sections. She also ran the Legalease flagship title Legal Business/Asia Pacific Legal 500, and launched Legal Business Awards and Legal 500 parties. Karen then took over In Brief magazine, where she grew the organisation from a buyout where it had gone bankrupt to a successful £500,000-a-year publishing and events business. Her work as a Citywealth CEO was recognised by four New York Stevie Awards: Women helping women (2014, 2015), Innovator of the year (2015), and Entrepreneur of the year (2015).

Kellyann is a Partner at Collas Crill and heads the award winning International Private Client and Trusts practice in Jersey. She has over 15 years' experience in private client work and is both a Jersey advocate and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. She acts for a range of professional trustees (local and international trust companies and bank owned trust companies), settlors, beneficiaries and ultra high net worth individuals. She advises on all aspects of Jersey law concerning wills, succession, foundations and trusts. Kellyann's work often involves assisting the Jersey dispute resolution team (in both non-contentious and contentious court applications, including variation, rectification and mistake applications), corporate and property teams, as well as the UK real estate team.

Michelle Le Herissier

Michelle has nearly 25 years’ industry experience and joined JTC in 2015 to head up the company’s office in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Since then her role has significantly diversified and she now has responsibility as MD for JTC’s private client operations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In addition to managing the daily administration activities of this jurisdiction, Michelle also has responsibility for building the team, together with expanding JTC’s service offering in this jurisdiction, supporting the Regional Americas Head – Emilio Miguel, by developing relationships with clients, third party introducers and a variety of intermediaries. Prior to JTC, Michelle was based in Singapore for eight years. She spent four years with Barclays as Managing Director of the Singapore and Hong Kong trust divisions and the other four with Cititrust, where she set up and ran a similar operation. She has also spent a number of years in the private wealth arena in Switzerland (Zurich) working for Citi and Credit Suisse with a particular focus on the Asian marketplace.

Kathryn also advises clients leaving the United States on outbound planning matters. Prior to joining UBS in 2011, she was at Coutts & Co where again she was advising sophisticated UK Resident/Non-Domiciled clients. During her time there, she was also seconded for a year to RBS Global Banking & Markets where she served large family offices with institutional needs. Marina graduated in 2005 from University College, London with a degree in Economics, and holds a Master's degree in Management from Imperial College, London. She is professionally qualified, holding both the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Certificate in Investment Management, and Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management

Gary is also an associate of the chartered institute of taxation. As Non-Executive Chairman, Sheila works closely with the Board of Equiom on strategic initiatives. She is responsible for facilitating growth, expanding the breadth of services Equiom offers and the continued success of Equiom’s acquisition strategy. As a global ambassador for the business Sheila also manages several key external relationships, such as regulators and prospective M&A targets, as well as maintaining longstanding client relationships. In 2006, Sheila led the initial management buy-out to form Equiom, and in 2013, a secondary management buyout was completed which saw Sheila become Global CEO of the business. In 2019, leading global alternative investment firm, Värde Partners, joined Equiom’s longstanding equity partner LDC, and Sheila became Non-Executive Chairman.
