Recommendations
If you would like to recommend someone outside your organisation (perhaps a mentee), simply send their name, contact details and a 250 word paragraph, explaining why they should be considered a Future Leader. We will then contact them or your marketing team and ask them to complete the entry form which will also automatically be considered for our Future Leaders editorial.
The judges
An independent panel of industry judges determines the winners. Additionally, the shortlist is published online and online voting will take place. The online vote carries the weight of one additional judge.
NB. All award entries are treated in the strictest confidence.
