Karen founded Citywealth after a career at News International, The Times, and Sunday Times in the legal, financial and recruitment sections. She also ran the Legalease flagship title Legal Business/Asia Pacific Legal 500, and launched Legal Business Awards and Legal 500 parties. Karen then took over In Brief magazine, where she grew the organisation from a buyout where it had gone bankrupt to a successful £500,000-a-year publishing and events business. Her work as a Citywealth CEO was recognised by four New York Stevie Awards: Women helping women (2014, 2015), Innovator of the year (2015), and Entrepreneur of the year (2015).

Kenzie is a strategic, award-winning marketing professional with extensive experience delivering successful business development, brand communications, and marketing and events campaigns. She manages the full marketing and brand strategy for leading reputation and privacy law firm, Schillings, maximising the firm’s external brand and helping the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the retention, growth and acquisition of clients and new business opportunities. Kenzie was the winner of ‘Rising Star’ award at the 2018 Citywealth Brand Management & Reputation Awards for the creativity, innovation and impact in her work.

Lisa Mclauchlan

Group Business Development Director

Lisa Mclauchlan is the Group Business Development Director of Estera. She is responsible for all aspects of business development and marketing strategy in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritius, and the UK. Lisa has 18 years business development, marketing communications and organisational change experience and five years financial analysis experience working in several different sectors both on and off-shore. Lisa won the 2019 Citywealth Brand and Reputation gold award for BD and Marketing Director of the Year. She has an MSc and MBA, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors.

Andrew Carrier

Chief Marketing Officer

Andrew is responsible for protecting the Dolfin brand and raising the firm’s market profile while building strong, long-lasting relationships with its clients. His team manages Dolfin’s corporate communicaitons, publishes and promotes its content, and delivers its ongoing programme of client events. Andrew joined Dolfin in 2015 from Deutsche Bank, where he had global responsibility for the marketing of the bank’s securities services business as well as being functional lead for its digital marketing channels. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Andrew built up 14 years’ of expertise in a variety of marketing and communications roles in the financial sector. A short stint in the back-office of J.P. Morgan Investment Management was followed by sales & marketing roles for two fintech providers, then eight years with SWIFT — ultimately as its global head of marketing communications. He also has agency-side experience having spent 18 months with Cognito, a leading communications firm for the financial and technology sectors. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University, a Masters in European Business Administration from the University of the West of England and has completed Solvay Business School’s TransConstellation Management of Financial Transaction Services programme.

Nicola Nicholson

Nicola joined Crestbridge in February 2016 to support the delivery of the business’ marketing and business development strategy. She has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications with particular expertise in delivering integrated branding and communications campaigns for professional services organisations. Working within the Group’s central services team, she is responsible for external communications including PR, brand development and campaigns, content and digital marketing as well as media partnerships. A Chartered Marketer, Nicola has been shortlisted for a number of awards including Citywealth’s Marketing / BD Director of the Year, and Woman of the Year, Business Services.

Kirsten Burt

Kirsten Burt is a strategic growth and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services in both the US and UK across wealth management, asset management and private banking. For the past 13 years in London she has held senior management committee level-roles at American Express, Standard Chartered and UBS; and helped drive the growth of their wealth management units by reaching HNW investors in the UK and across EMEA. Kirsten founded her strategic marketing consultancy in 2019 to help wealth management companies galvanise their growth strategies and acquire more HNW and UHNW clients. She focuses on activating digital channels, sales enablement for advisors and content creation. She speaks frequently at conferences on digital transformation and sales enablement and is a guest lecturer at King's College Business School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boston College, and an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
