JPC reserves the right at any time to revise the prices and information on this site without notice. The placing of a product on this site is an invitation to accept offers for products and is not an offer to sell at the listed price. 5. Typographical and pricing errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or other error, JPC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

6. Security and privacy:
Any losses incurred or sustained by customers who transmit information by means of e-mail or other internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively by that customer and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by JPC. 7. Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. The contract between us:
These terms and conditions govern all transactions between us and any sale of goods /services by us to you. Please read them carefully. When you place an order to purchase goods/services from the site or by email/letter, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us ("your Contract"). These terms and conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of goods/services by us to you. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Description and availability:
All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our web site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods in order to assist your purchasing decision.

3. Prices and cancellation by us:
The price payable for goods/services will be stipulated prior to purchase on our website or in an email from as at the time you place your order. The prices quote are usually exclusive of VAT. Any delivery charges are extra (if applicable). We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

4. Withdrawal by you:
You may withdraw from your Contract. You do not need to give us reason for withdrawing your order or purchase but because many of our offerings support high cost events no refunds will be offered. All purchases (tickets/subscriptions) are transferable. To withdraw an order or present a problem or query just email kjones@j-p-c.tv.

5. Delivery of goods/services to you:
We will deliver the goods/services ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you make your order. All efforts will be made to ensure correct delivery of goods /services.

6. Liability:
If you do not receive goods/services ordered, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (email is acceptable) of the problem. Our maximum liability to you arising from any product/service you purchase from us shall be the price you paid for the product. We shall have no liability to you for any direct or consequential loss that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, which shall include, but not be limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, and legislation.

7. General:
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce any of the remaining terms and conditions. If any of these terms and conditions are unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. The contract between us shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
